  1. Rigid steel lifting handle.
  2. Thermal sensor protects motor from overheating.
  3. Finned cast iron housing for maximum heat dissipation. Registered machine fits and positive sealing O ring seals at all joints; easy replacement.
  4. High efficiency, air-filled, press-fitted Class H rated motor for continuous duty applications. Optional FM rated for Class 1, Division 1, Group C & D hazardous duty environments.
  5. Permanently lubricated, heavy-duty thrust bearing; locked to prevent axial movement.
  6. 304 stainless steel fasteners provided throughout assembly.
  7. Type 21 tandem (dual) silicon carbide shaft seal system. Provides high resistance to abrasion and corrosion over a wide range of temperature extremes.
  8. 50’ long type SEOW-A power and control cables resist rough handling and abrasion.
  9. Large cap/cable chamber with terminal board for lead connections. Neoprene grommet and complete epoxy encapsulation provide for a true nonwicking cable entry. An isolating cable chamber is not needed.
  10. Permanently lubricated, heavy-duty radial bearing with expansion area for bearings provides clearance for rotor/pump shaft expansion.
  11. One-piece, solid stainless steel shaft with short shaft overhang.
  12. Two-wire/two-probe moisture detection system ensures a positive current path to and from probes; eliminates false alarms.
  13. Sealed oil chamber, isolating the motor housing from the pump housing.
  14. Enclosed 3” (76 mm) solids-handling impeller with stainless steel wear ring having large flow paths, designed for high efficiencies, trimmed and balanced to meet specific design conditions.
  15. Pump housing with 4” or 6” flanged horizontal discharge and wear ring.
